Governing law

These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the law of Northern Ireland. The courts of Northern Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the rights of EU consumers to bring proceedings in their country of residence.

Consumer rights

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by anything on this site or in our policies. UK consumers are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. EU consumers are protected under EU consumer law, including a two-year statutory guarantee of conformity.

Intellectual property

All content on this site is owned by JRMJ Ltd or its licensors. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

VAT

JRMJ Ltd is registered for VAT in the United Kingdom. UK prices include VAT at the applicable rate. International customers may be subject to local import VAT and customs duties on entry of goods into their country.

Windsor Framework

JRMJ Ltd is based in Northern Ireland. Under the Windsor Framework, goods dispatched from our Belfast warehouse to the Republic of Ireland and EU member states are not subject to customs checks at the land border. This does not affect local import VAT obligations in the destination country.

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and EU GDPR. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy. UK residents may contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) with data protection complaints. EU residents may contact their national supervisory authority, or the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie) for Republic of Ireland residents.
