Shipping policy

This policy sets out how we handle delivery of orders placed at www.nkdhockey.com.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery timeframes

The following timeframes are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur during busy periods, due to carrier disruption, or as a result of customs clearance for international orders.

UK and Northern Ireland: 1 to 3 business days.

Republic of Ireland: 2 to 4 business days.

Mainland Europe: 3 to 7 business days.

USA: 5 to 10 business days.

Rest of world: 7 to 14 business days.

Shipping costs and free shipping thresholds

Free shipping is available on orders over the following values:

UK and Northern Ireland: orders over £65.

Republic of Ireland: orders over €75.

Mainland Europe: orders over €99.

USA: orders over $250.

All qualifying orders are shipped by a tracked courier service with signature on delivery.

For orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with full parcel tracking. Your tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email. You are responsible for monitoring your delivery and for liaising with the carrier to arrange redelivery if you miss a delivery attempt.

Missed deliveries

If you miss a delivery attempt, the carrier will leave instructions for arranging redelivery or collecting your parcel from a local depot. If the parcel is not collected or redelivery is not arranged within the carrier's holding period, the parcel may be returned to us. In that event we will contact you and may charge for redelivery. If you do not wish the order to be reshipped, we will refund the value of the goods but not the original shipping cost.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at team@nkdhockey.com. We will investigate with the carrier.

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit by a carrier we appointed, we will either reship your order or issue a full refund, at your choice. Under UK and EU consumer law, the risk of loss in transit remains with us until the goods are delivered to you.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

PO Boxes

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a full street address at checkout.

International orders and customs

We ship globally. For orders outside the UK, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by your local customs authority on entry of the goods into your country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and we have no control over them. Failure to pay customs charges may result in the parcel being held or returned to us. In the event of a return due to unpaid customs charges, we will refund the value of the goods but not the shipping cost, and we reserve the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.

Northern Ireland to EU: Under the Windsor Framework, goods moving between Northern Ireland and the European Union benefit from arrangements that facilitate trade without customs checks at the land border. Orders dispatched from our Belfast warehouse to Republic of Ireland and EU destinations are processed accordingly.

Returns shipping

For information on returning goods, please refer to our Refund Policy. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the goods are faulty or do not conform to the contract.
