These Terms of Service govern your use of www.nkdhockey.com and your purchase of products from JRMJ Ltd (trading as Naked Hockey). Please read them carefully before placing an order.

JRMJ Ltd is a company incorporated in Northern Ireland. Registered office: 34-36 Bedford Street, Belfast, BT2 7FF, United Kingdom. Contact: team@nkdhockey.com.

References to "we", "us", and "our" mean JRMJ Ltd. References to "you" mean the person accessing this site or placing an order.

Section 1: Acceptance of terms

By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, each of which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this site or purchase from us.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version in force at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. We will publish changes on this page with an updated date.

Section 2: About our products

Our products are available for purchase through this website. We have made reasonable efforts to display product colours and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reproduce colours.

Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

All prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. For customers outside the UK, prices may be displayed in local currency for indicative purposes using a third-party conversion tool. The GBP price at checkout is the binding price.

Section 3: Orders and contract formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the relevant products at the stated price. A binding contract between you and us is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time before that confirmation is sent, including where a product is out of stock, where we suspect fraud, or where a pricing error has occurred.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your correct name, delivery address, and payment details. We are not liable for orders that cannot be fulfilled or delivered due to inaccurate information provided by you.

Section 4: Pricing and payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you place it.

We accept payment by the methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order. All transactions are processed securely and we do not store your payment card details.

Section 5: Delivery

We ship globally. Delivery timeframes and costs vary by destination and are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit by a carrier we have appointed, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and will reship or refund you as appropriate. You must notify us of any loss or damage within a reasonable time of the expected delivery date.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by your local customs authority. We have no control over these charges.

Section 6: Consumer cancellation rights

If you are a consumer purchasing from the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. This is your statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) and the Consumer Rights Directive (EU).

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to cancel within the 14-day period by emailing team@nkdhockey.com. You must then return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us. Goods must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the goods are faulty.

We will issue a full refund, including the original standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

This right does not apply to goods that have been personalised or made to your specification.

Our commercial returns policy offers a 30-day returns window, which exceeds the statutory 14-day minimum. The statutory right to cancel operates alongside, and does not replace, our commercial policy.

Section 7: Your statutory rights as a consumer

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

UK consumers: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If goods are faulty or do not conform to the contract, you have the right to a full refund if you notify us within 30 days of delivery. Between 30 days and six months, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and a refund if repair or replacement is not possible or fails. After six months, the same applies but the burden shifts to you to demonstrate the fault existed at the time of delivery.

EU consumers: Under EU law, including the Sale of Goods Directive 2019/771, goods are covered by a two-year statutory guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery. This is your minimum legal entitlement and our 3-month commercial guarantee against breakage operates in addition to, and does not limit, this statutory right.

Our commercial returns and guarantee policy is set out in our Refund Policy and applies alongside these statutory rights.

Section 8: Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, product photography, branding, design, and copy, is owned by JRMJ Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any content from this site without our prior written permission.

Section 9: Prohibited uses

You may not use this site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the intellectual property rights of others, to transmit malicious code or viruses, to collect personal data about other users, or to engage in any conduct that is harmful, fraudulent, or abusive. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the site for any breach of these terms.

Section 10: Third-party links and tools

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites and you access them at your own risk. We may also provide access to third-party tools. Your use of such tools is at your own risk and subject to the relevant third party's terms.

Section 11: Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you in connection with any order or use of this site shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, except where such loss arises from our fraud or wilful misconduct.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK or EU consumer law.

Section 12: Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JRMJ Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Section 13: Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Section 14: Entire agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of this site and your purchases from us, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Section 15: Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland. The courts of Northern Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of our site.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and nothing in this clause affects that right.
